VKX Wallet ("we", "us", or "our") is a non-custodial wallet application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

1. Non-Custodial Nature

VKX Wallet is a non-custodial application. We do not have access to your private keys, backup phrases (seed phrases), or the funds stored in your wallet. We cannot recover your account or your funds if you lose your backup phrase.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

By design, VKX Wallet does not collect or store:

Your personal identity (name, age, gender).
Your contact information (email address, phone number).
Your private keys or backup phrases.
Your IP address or device location data.

3. Third-Party Services

Our application interacts with public blockchains. Any transactions you perform are public and recorded on the respective blockchain. We may use third-party RPC (Remote Procedure Call) nodes to broadcast transactions to the networks (BSC, Ethereum, Solana, etc.), but these providers do not receive any identifiable personal data from the app.

4. Data Security

All cryptographic operations and keys are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage provided by the mobile operating system (Android/iOS). We recommend using biometric authentication (Fingerprint/FaceID) enabled in the app settings.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
