You acknowledge that VKX Wallet is a non-custodial software. You are solely responsible for the safety of your backup phrase (seed phrase) and private keys. VKX Technologies does not store, and is not responsible for, the loss of your access keys or funds.
Using blockchain technology involves risks, including market volatility, network congestion, and technical failures. You assume all responsibility for any transactions performed through the app.
You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only. You must not use the app for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VKX Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including loss of digital assets.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
